We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Fenty Beauty glow, which is why we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new or gently used condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your products in the original packaging if possible, and peel off any old shipping labels before attaching your new prepaid label.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
